We have a wide variety of new titles that may be of interest to you, and may address some of your concerns. Some of these games have already been released (such as our version of Half-Life 2 and HL2 Episode 1), while others are scheduled to be released between now and the coming months. If that doesn't describe how I feel every time I touch a new technology, I don't know what does. The great part is the understanding IT guy. 15 years ago, in our time, IT guys were much less customer friendly, but today they often have some of the best customer service skills in any industry.
